Recipe: Kiddie Coconut Milk Chiller (blender)

1 cup fat free milk
1 cup pineapple sherbet or coconut sorbet
1/2 cup canned or fresh crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp coconut extract
Fresh pineapple spears (optional)
Place milk, sherbet, pineapple and coconut extract in blender container. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into frosted glasses; garnish with pineapple spears, if desired.
