Recipe: Dilly Lemon Horseradish Cream Dip/Sauce

DILLY LEMON HORSERADISH CREAM DIP/SAUCE

A cocktail sauce alternative. This is excellent with broiled, fried or grilled seafood, using it as a sauce.

1 cup sour cream (can use low or non-fat)
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp. finely chopped dill
2 tbsp. mayonnaise (can use low-fat)
1 tbsp. finely chopped sweet onion
1 tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp. white Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in small bowl; chill.

Serve with cooked shrimp or other seafood and/or raw vegetables.
