Jerry, I did a Google search as I'm sure others who tried to find the recipe did as well. There are very few results. I did discover that Panera Bread Co used to be St Louis Bread Co, just in case that jogs any memories.

They have a few recipes on their web site, so you could try and ask them for the recipe, you never know. Good luck, and if you get it, please post it!
