ISO: Cookies Steakhouse Banana Bread

I'm looking for a recipe of the banana bread that Cookies Steakhouse used to serve with all of the meals. The restaurant were located in Hempstead and Huntington, LI. There may have been a few more but if anyone can help me it will be great. Thank You !!
