ISO: Lake of the Ozarks - Delicious salad dressing

My husband and I recently ate at a restaurant at the Lake of the Ozarks. It had a delicious salad dressing which I think must be the same one discussed here. If anyone knows of a recipe, it would be greatly appreciated. We bought some of the dressing to bring home, but since it was not bottled (no preservatives), it won't last long. Toni, I don't make it to St. Louis often, but the next time I am there, I will look up your restaurant.
