ISO: St. Louis style Creamy Italian (Arcobasso's) Salad Dressing

Misc.
I moved to KC after living in St. Louis for 40 years. I am looking for a recipe that is similar to a lot of Italian Resteraunts there. It is an anchovy based, creamy italian salad dressing. My favorite place was Arcobasso's. I hear they have closed. It was also similar to Calico's. I am just looking for something really close to it. I know it has parmasean cheese, as well as eggs.

If anyone knows anything close to Arcobasso's dressing, I would really appreciate the recipe.
Thanks
