Recipe(tried): Freezing Habanero Peppers

All you do is wash the peppers. Make sure they are completely dry before freezing. Bag in the desired size freezer bags and put in freezer. I prefere to wrap small amounts tightly wrapped in restaurant quality plastic wrap. Then put them into a freezer bag.
