Recipe: Preserving Habanero Peppers

I have never dried the peppers but have frozen them. I removed the seeds before freezing. First of all I used rubber gloves and safety glasses, as I did not want stray seeds popping in my eyes. I also prepared the peppers outside, because the fumes are quite strong for me. After stemming them I rough chopped them in a blender and sealed in several zip locks.
