This is so easy! My mom gave me this...Wash jalapenos/slice or leave whole/fill pint size jar leaving 1/2" head space/2T vinegar/1/2t canning salt/micro 2 1/2 minutes/wipe rim/seal (have seals heating on stove)/and presto, your done/it's great for ceremic cook tops
