Recipe: Pecan Topped Sweet Potato Casserole

PECAN TOPPED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE

3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs beaten
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

FOR THE TOPPING:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup margarine, melted

Mix first 6 ingredients and place in a casserole dish.

For topping, mix brown sugar, flour, and chopped pecans. Sprinkle evenly over sweet potatoes. Drizzle melted margarine over topping

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
