Poppy Seed Cake

A wonderful cake for Christmas gifts!

Mix together: 1 yellow cake mix
2 small (3 oz.) pkg of butterscotch instant pudding mix.
Add: 3/4 cup oil
1 cup water
1/8 cup poppy seeds
4 eggs
beat well for 4 minutes.
Topping mixture: 1 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp butter
1 cup chopped walnuts

Pour 1/2 of the cake batter into bundt pan, and top with 1/2 topping mix. Then add rest of batter and top with remaining topping mix. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
