Recipe: Praline Sweet Potatoes

Praline Sweet Potatoes

Servings: 3-4 Can easily be doubled.

1 large can cut yams (drained, and cubed or sliced)
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. melted margarine
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1/3 cup coconut
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar

Place yams in ungreased baking dish. In small bowl, stir flour and margarine together, into a paste; add remaining ingredients; blend well. Sprinkle over yams.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
