Recipe: Buffalo Potatoes with Blue Cheese Dressing (roasted, using onion soup mix)

BUFFALO POTATOES

1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic or Onion Soup Mix
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 to 4 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
2 pounds baking potatoes, sliced lengthwise into wedges
Wish-Bone Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing (for serving)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

In 13x9-inch baking or roasting pan, blend (dry) savory herb with garlic soup mix, butter and pepper sauce. Add potatoes and turn to coat.

Bake, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes or until potatoes are crisp.

Serve with dressing.

Makes about 4 servings
