Recipe(tried): Brownie Bonbons (using brownie mix and crushed candy canes)

Brownie Bonbons

1 pkg. (19.8oz) brownie mix
1/2 cup finely crushed candy canes

Bake brownies according to pkg. directions. Let cool in pan 5 minutes. Place crushed candy canes in a small dish (I use a saucer).

While brownies are still warm, using a spoon or small ice cream scoop, scoop out brownies & roll them inti 1-inch balls. Immediately roll in the crushed candy canes, coating completely. Let cool & serve.
