Recipe: Boursin Cheese Spread

Boursin Cheese Spread

1 (6-ounce) package Boursin cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon chopped chives

Mix all of the ingredients and form into a circular, flat disk. Sprinkle sides, top and bottom with lemon pepper. Chill 24 hours or up to 3 days. Serve with crackers.

Makes 12 (1/2 ounce) servings
