Recipe: Net Surfin' Crab Cracker Spread (using green onions)

NET SURFIN' CRAB CRACKER SPREAD

16 ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
4 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup horseradish (plain)
8 ounces fresh or frozen crab meat or surimi
1/4 cup sliced, toasted almonds
Paprika

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease an 8x8-inch pan or oval dish of similar size.

Combine the first four ingredients and mix together well. Place in prepared dish. Sprinkle almonds and paprika on top.

Bake for 20 minutes in a 375 F degree oven.

Serve warm as cracker spread.

Recommended crackers:
Sour cream and onion crisps
Saltines
Whole wheat wafers
