Recipe: Enormous Caesar Salad

Enormous Caesar Salad

Some years ago I made an enormous Caesar salad (with plenty of anchovies) that everybody loved and it became my "signature" pot luck item by subsequent requests. Suited me, as it certainly is simple. I purchased an Army sized salad bowl that "comes out" for each event.

6 heads of Romaine, torn or cut into pieces
6 oz flat anchovies (3 cans, 2oz each)
1/2 Box Mrs Cubbison's (Caesar) croutons
Jar Girard's Caesar dressing

Toss all together and serve with a smile.
