Recipe: 3-Bean Salad with Corn

3-Bean Salad with Corn

Here's an easy recipe, and one of my favorites. You may want to play with the ingredient amounts a little depending on how sweet you like it.

1 can black beans, drained, rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1 can pinto beans, rinsed
1 small can corn, drained
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar

Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
