Recipe: Party Cheese Platter

Party Cheese Platter

Assorted KRAFT Cheese, such as Cheddar, Colby and Monterey Jack, cut up
Assorted NABISCO Crackers
Fresh fruit, such as apple slices, grapes, pears

ARRANGE cheese, crackers and fruit on serving platter.

Size It Up:
Plan on 2 oz. of cheese, 1/2 cup of fruit and a serving of crackers per person.

Cooking Know-How
For best flavor, remove cheese from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving to warm slightly.
