Recipe: Caraway Coleslaw (using sour cream)

CARAWAY COLESLAW

"A bag of coleslaw mix makes this recipes super simple."

1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Caraway Seed
1/4 teaspoon Durkee Ground Mustard
1 (10 ounce) bag coleslaw mix

Combine sour cream, vinegar, green onions, sugar, salt, caraway seed and mustard in a small bowl.

Pour cabbage into a large bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings
