HAWAIIAN COLESLAW
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Durkee Ground Cinnamon
12 ounces (8 cups) coleslaw mix
1/2 cup drained, chopped pineapple
1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Combine mayonnaise, sugar, ground ginger and cinnamon. Mix well.
Toss together coleslaw mix, pineapple, cranberries and nuts in a large bowl. Fold in dressing and mix well.
Makes 6 servings
