Recipe(tried): Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Side Dishes - Potatoes

I love this stuff!:
5 pounds sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" pieces
(or mix sweet potatoes and carrots)
1/2 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons grated lemon rind
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg

cook sweet pots. in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain well and puree in
food processor (or mash in a big bowl)
Mix in other ingeds.
Warm over medium heat to thicken slightly.

That's it!
