About the Jiffy Brand Carolyn....

Ooops Carolyn, I got so carried away taking about treasuares found that I forgot to answer your question about Jiffy.

Jiffy is the brand name of muffin mixes such as corn muffin, raspberry, blueberry, banana nut, bran with dates, apple cinnamon and various little cake mixes. It is made by the Chelsea Milling Company P.O. Box 460 Chelsea, Michigan 48118 and you can write them for recipes. They have been around since 1930 and it says so on their box!! To this mix you simply add egg and milk and the best cornbread comes out of it!! Each box costs 33 cents and on sale you can find them for 25 to 30 cents each. They are yummy!!

Hope you can find them as they are worth their little weight in gold!!! LOL
