1 Bottle silver tequila
1 Peel of orange; cut in continuous spiral
1 Peel of lime; cut in continuous spiral
6 oz Cointreau

Share a shot of tequila with a friend while making this. Add citrus peel to tequila remaining in bottle, and then add the Cointreau to taste. Keep refrigerated and serve in sherry glasses. Remove citrus peel if liqueur starts to become bitter. It can be served straight or
on the rocks with a twist of orange peel.

1 to 1 1/4 pounds lean ground vension or lean ground beef
2 tsp, chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. grround cumin
3/4 tsp. tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1 15 1/2 oz. can red kidney beans, drained
1 14 1/2 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up.
1 10 3/4 oz. can condensed tomato soup
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/3 cup tomato paste(1/2 of a can)
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup beer or ale

1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven,
combine ground meat, chili powder,
cumin, garlic powder and red pepper.
Cook and stir till meat is browned.
2. Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato soup,
tomato sauce, tomato paste, green
pepper, onion and celery. Season mixture
with salt and pepper. Bring to boiling;
reduce heat. Cover and simmer for about
40 min.
3. Stir in the beer or ale. Heat the
chili through. Makes 4-5 servings.Lana (09:25:47) : Calorie-Counters Chili

3/4 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper or
sliced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced, or 1/4 tsp.
garrlic powder
1 16oz. can tomatoes cut up
1 16oz. can red kidney beans, drained
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 tbl. chili powder
1 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper

1. Add beef, onion, green pepper or
celery, and fresh garlic to a large
skillet. Cook till meat is no longer pink; stir to break up. Drain fat.
2. Stir in undrained tomatoes, beans, tomato sauce, chili powder,basil, salt
and pepper. Add garlic powder.
3. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer for 20 min. Makes 4 servings.

To make coconut cream
(which is used in cooking in Papua New
Guinea)

Scrape the flesh away from the coconut shell (so that it resembles desiccated coconut) for each scraped coconut add one cup of water to the scraped mix.

Squeeze the mix between your hands
and strain the resulting cream into
your prepared dish or save for later.
