this is a really quick and easy way to make 1000 island. Its great on a seafood louis...
Mix:
1 part ketchup
3 parts mayonnaise
Use your tastebuds to find your preference.
Add:
a heaping spoonful or more of dill relish
a squeeze of lemon
salt and white pepper to taste
This is basic and I guess you could add some parmesan cheese to it.
