Recipe(tried): A Raggy Green Salad

Salads - Assorted
Rag (tear) leaves of gai lan, romaine lettuce and large spinach leaves in egual quantity, Drain in cold water and spin dry.

Add a few thinly cut pieces of sweet onion and toss with either a balsamic dressing or better still a light Asian flavored dressing.
