An almond basket is made with butter, milk, sugar, salt, and a lot of almonds.
You let the butter, milk, and sugar cook together until thick. Then you add the almonds and let it cool.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Pour the almond mixture in the pan and with a can, roll it flat on the pan.
Put it on the oven till golden brown.
Cut it like a cross for 4 baskets. Mold over a cup and let it sit till cool - it will get hard. That's it.
