Recipe(tried): Mexican Cornbread (using corn muffin mix, ground beef, and taco seasoning)

Main Dishes - Casseroles
This is a recipe that is so good I had to share it.

MEXICAN CORNBREAD

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 package taco seasoning mix
3 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
ingredients to prepare corn bread as listed on pkg
3 cans cream sytle corn
1 1/2 lbs chedder cheese, shredded

Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning mix; set aside.

Make corn bread as directed on package. Stir in cream style corn and put 1/2 of the batter into a large baking dish.

Bake at 350 degree F just until a little bit firm.

Spread the taco meat mixture on top, sprinkle on the cheese, and spread the remaining cornbread batter over the top.

Return to the oven and bake until done.

It is very yummy...very easy...trust me, your family will love it.
