Angel Wings
Makes 50
1 3/4 cups flour
5 egg yolks
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
powdered sugar
Use 1 1/3 cups four to start. Add more for desired consistency. Mix ingredients together. Roll out thin, 1/8-inch thick. Cut into long rectangles. Cut 2-inch slit in center. Pull on end of dough through slit cut. Fry in 350 degree shortening (Crisco). Roll in powdered sugar. Source: unknown
