Recipe: Orange Pecan Balls

Orange Pecan Balls

Makes 80 balls

1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 lb confectioners' sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
11 oz vanilla wafers, crushed
6 oz orange juice concentrate; undiluted

Mix butter, sugar, orange juice, and vanilla wafers. Roll into 3/4-inch balls. Roll balls in chopped nuts. Refrigerate.
