Recipe(tried): Another Ambrosia Recipe

Desserts - Puddings, Gelatin
Apparently there are several definitions of Ambrosia. But...who cares??? If they like it-- then it's YOUR version of Ambrosia! My family loves this one..

One Large Box of Cherry Jello
One Large & One Small container of Cottage Cheese
Two Large containers of Cool Whip
2 cups of chopped walnuts
One medium bag of flaked coconut
1/2 large bag of mini-marshmallows

This makes a Large amount - enough to serve 20 or more people. Of course there is always the option of adding bananas, pineapple, cherries, mandarin oranges, or even fruit cocktail.

I have also heard to add Cream Cheese --- but I leave that out. (I'm trying to cut down on my calories ---- ha ha)

My kids call it "Pink Stuff" Hope you like it.
