Recipe: Antipasto (1 way) (repost)

Jennifer: I retrieved the recipe below by
doing a TKL "content search" of "all boards"
using the word "antipasto."

This is only one of many that have previously
been posted on TKL. There are also many in
the TKL "archives" (rather than all boards).

There are antipasto salads, antipasto skewers
and more. You might want to look over these
other recipes for your party.

8 oz. calamita olives, pitted and sliced
13 oz. sweet, roasted peppers, sliced
8 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, chopped
3 c. mozzarella, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1/4 c. olive oil

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Marinate overnight in your refrigerator, if possible.
Serve on small plates with toasted rounds of Italian bread.
