Recipe(tried): Applesauce Meatballs for Dell

Main Dishes - Beef and Other Meats
Applesauce Meatballs

1 1/2 lb Beef, ground
2 c corn flakes
1 egg -- slightly beaten
3 tb onion, dried minced
2/3 c applesauce
1 1/2 ts salt
1/8 ts pepper
10 1/2 oz tomato soup, canned, condensed
1/2 c water

Combine all ingredients except soup and water. Shape meatballs. Combine soup and water and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 about 1 hour or until done.
