Recipe(tried): Souperburgers

I grew up on this....

SOUPERBURGERS....(to the rescue! I always thought)

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can Chicken Gumbo Soup
2 Tablespoons catsup
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard
6 buns, split and toasted (toasting makes all the difference!)

Brown beef & onion in skillet until onion is tender and beef is browned, stirring to break up beef. Drain oil if necessary. Add soup and seasonings. Heat, stirring often. Serve on buns. Makes about 3 cups beef mixture.
