Recipe(tried): Baked Ham with Sweet Ham Gravy

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
In our family there is no real recipe for ham gravy - but basically...

For half a pressed ham we insert whole cloves into the ham about every 2 inches then spread ham with prepared mustard. Pat brown sugar over mustard (mustard acts as glue between ham and brown sugar). Place ham in roaster and cook on medium heat (300 F) for 2 to 3 hours - yes this is a long time but it realy allows the flavors to penetrate the ham. When cooking is complete remove ham and allow to rest before cutting.

Heat juice from ham with some 7up and bring to a boil. Add a mixture of aprox. 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup cold water and stir with a wisk continuously until gravy thickens to desired consistancy.
