Recipe: Baked Pasta with Turkey and Three Cheeses

Misc.
Baked Pasta with Turkey and Three Cheeses
Makes: 8 servings

6 ounces dry fettuccine noodles
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, (6 ounces)
1-1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, (4 ounces) divided
PAM Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
26 ounces Hunt's Traditional Spaghetti Sauce
2 cups cooked Butterball Turkey Breast, cut julienne strips

Preheat oven 375 degrees F.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese and set aside.

Coat a 3-quart shallow baking dish with cooking spray.

Spoon about 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce into the baking dish.

Place half the pasta on top of sauce. Place half of the turkey pieces over pasta. Spoon 2/3 cup of the remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over all. Spoon half of the cheese mixture evenly over sauce. Place remaining pasta over cheese mixture. Continue layering with remaining turkey, sauce, and cheese mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until thoroughly heated and beginning to turn golden. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
