Hi Skip:-) From the times I have tried the same thing, I have used two, 9 X 5 X 4-inch loaf pans, rather than a bundt pan. The time and temperature, from my experience, have been the same as those given in your recipe for using a bundt pan. I hope this helps and that your apple spice cake turns out great.
