Recipe(tried): Banana Raisin Wrap - Carolyn, Here's Another Yummy Wrap Recipe Just For You Girl!

Misc.
Hello Sweet Carolyn!

Well, aren't you somethin', getting snow and all!! Wish I were there to tilt my head back, open my mouth and taste the snowflakes! Lucky, lucky you!!!!

We have had rain and that usually means that a cold front is moving in (yippee!)It is expected to be quite cool at night starting tonight.

The weather will also be lovely so my neighbor and I are planning a humongous garage sale this Saturday. You will love that we will be wearing vintage aprons as her girls are planning one selling cookies, brownies and lemonade or cider. Gotta have fun!!

Here is a really, really good wrap recipe that you can take to work, it is real yummy and filling as well as healthy.

Banana Raisin Wrap

1 10 inch flour tortilla wrap
strawberry jam
peanut butter
raisins
banana

Spread peanut butter on the tortilla wrap, top and spread jam, sprinkle some raisins and lay the entire whole banana on one end. Roll the tortilla end over the banana and roll up tight. Cut into slices.

I would take the entire thing rolled up in plastic wrap and foil to work then cut into slices there so that the banana won't brown on you.

You would not believe how filling this is. They were taste sampling this at the fruit section of the new Publix and it was yummy!

Good luck at your new job Carolyn!

Best Wishes, Gina
