I always have this stuff around, which is the beauty of it.

I got a new-to-me freezer, and it is 3 times the size of my old one. Really! So, now I can really get organised...and one of the things I have had in mind to do was to make some strawberry jam (with my frozen strawbs, of course) with Splenda.

I'll let you know how it turns out.
