Recipe: Barbecued Aioli Turkey Cutlets (marinated, Kikkoman soy sauce recipe)

BARBECUED AIOLI TURKEY CUTLETS

4 turkey breast cutlets*
FOR THE MARINADE:
1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tablespoon water
2 tsp oregano
2 cloves garlic, pressed
3/4 tsp ground black pepper

Place cutlets in large plastic bag; set aside.

Gradually blend soy sauce into mayonnaise; stir in remaining ingredients for the marinade until smooth. Pour over the turkey cutlets in bag. Press air out of bag; tie top securely. Refrigerate 2 hours; turn bag over occasionally.

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Place turkey on grill 4-inches from hot coals. Cook about 5 minutes on each side, or until turkey is tender.

*Or, use a 3 pound turkey half breast, skinned, boned and cut lengthwise into 4 to 5 equal cutlets.

Makes 4 servings
