There are about a dozen coffee cake recipes in this cookbook, but I cannot tell from your post which one you want. Here is the basic one:
2 cups Bisquick
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 cup water or milk
Streusel Topping (below)
Heat oven to 400F.
Combine all ingredients except topping; beat 1/2 minute.
Spread batter in a greased 9-inch round layer pan. Sprinkle with Streusel Topping.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve warm. 8 servings.
Streusel Topping:
Mix together until crumbly:
1/3 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup brown sugar (packed)
2 Tbsp. firm butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
I also have the box recipe for this one from about 10 years ago. The only difference is that it is baked 18-22 minutes at 350F.
