BASIC BONELESS HAM WITH HONEY-ORANGE GLAZE
A fully-cooked ham only requires simple reheating before serving. The honey-orange juice glaze is a good basic glaze
1 (5 to 6 pound) boneless fully cooked ham
Honey-Orange Glaze* (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Place ham in shallow pan.
Heat in a 350 degree F. oven, uncovered, for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours or until an inserted meat thermometer reads 140 degrees F. (about 15-18 minutes per pound.)
*If desired, glaze your ham with a mixture of 1/2 cup honey and one 6-ounce can thawed orange juice concentrate during the last 15 minutes of reheating.
