Recipe: Albacore with Lemon Sauce (using canned tuna, served over pasta shells)

2 cups medium-size pasta shells, uncooked
1 (6 1/8 oz.) can Starklst Solid White Albacore Tuna in spring water, drained
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning, dried basil or dillweed
1 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and place in serving bowl. Mix in Albacore. In same pot, melt butter.
Mix remaining ingredients together, except green onions, until corn starch is dissolved and add to melted butter in the pot. Bring sauce to a boil stirring constantly. Continue boiling for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar
Pour sauce over Albacore and cooked shells. Sprinkle with green onion.
Makes 3 servings
