Holiday Cooking Club My mom and sister used to make this at their
restaurant in virginia beach at the farmer's market...

Prepare in a 15 quart pot or larger

5lbs of cubed beef
1 stalk of celery (diced)
5 large onions (largely diced)
1 gal of whole peeled tomatos( cut up or mashed)
1 gal of water
1 16oz can of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon salt,1/2 tablespoon pepper (1 tablespoon
MSG optional )
bring to a boil

after soup base comes to a boil add the following
6 large potatos (cubed)
3 lbs of sliced and peeled carrots
Fill pot 3/4 to the top with water
cook for 30 minutes over medium heat

last ingredients to enter
6 15oz cans of snap beans/strained
4 16 oz cans of corn/strained

add additional seasoning as needed to taste
