Recipe: Best Ever Meat Loaf (using onion soup mix)

BEST EVER MEAT LOAF

1 pouch Campbell's Onion Soup and Recipe Mix
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten

In le bowl, mix well soup mix, ground beef, bread crumbs, celery, ketchup, milk and egg. Press meat mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degree F oven for 1 hour.

Makes 8 servings
