Recipe(tried): Mustard Rye Bread, New York Rye, Dark Pumpernickel (bread machine)

Breads - Bread Machine
Hi, Chris. I love rye bread and here are some recipes for you. My favorite is the mustard rye. It goes beautifully with smoked salmon, capers and finely chopped onion.

I am listing ingredients for both 1 pound and 1 1/2 pound loaves. The 1 1/2 pound proportions are in parentheses.
