Recipe(tried): BJs Scampi

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish

BJs Scampi

In a frying pan, heat a little olive oil
Add, finely chopped, 1/2 c. fresh parsley
Add and cook 5 minutes shrimp (any reasonable amount)
and 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
Remove from burner and add dried rosemary, to taste, crumbled
Then 1 tsp. bitters (you get it at the liquor store but it is non-alcoholic)
Heat quickly and serve. I usually serve with rice and a green vegetable or tossed salad. Enjoy!
