Recipe(tried): Bok Choy with Mushrooms

Here's a microwave one

BOK CHOY WITH MUSHROOMS

Serves 4
1lb baby bok choy
5-1/2ozs oyster mushrooms
1/2tsp sesame oil
4tsps salt reduced soy sauce
4tsps oyster sauce
4tsps sesame seeds
Coarsley shred leaves of bok choy & cut trimmed stems in 1/2 lengthways. Rinse
well under cold water. Place stems around outside of shallow dish with leaves
in centre. Cover & cook on High about 5mins, stirring gently halfway. Stand
2mins. Drain. Cut large mushrooms in 1/2. Combine with remaining ingredients
in large bowl. Cook, covered, on High 3mins, stirring halfway. Add bok choy &
mix well. Cook, covered on High 1min till hot. Stand 2mins before serving.
