Bourbon Carrots

Wonderful with a ham dinner.

1 lb. Baby carrots
3 tablespoons of each:
honey
butter
bourbon

Add butter and carrots in non-stick pan. Saute until coated. Add honey and a little water and stir in. Pour bourbon in and cook over med. heat until carrots are tender and sticky.
(I have used brown sugar in place of honey and it works great)
