Scalloped Oysters

Great for a side dish for the holidays, and good anytime for true Oyster Lovers!!

16 oz med to small oysters
2 cups cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup oyster juice

Mix butter and cracker crumbs in frying pan until light brown. In a 8x8-inch dish Layer cracker mixture and oysters, usually 2 or three layers. Mix cream and oyster juice together and pour over dish. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
